Use of Google Data
When you connect your Pixifi account to your Google account for usage of Google Calendar, Google Drive, or Gmail, Pixifi will use this data in the following manner.
For Google Calendar
You will be able to read all Events from Google and display them in Pixifi
Pixifi will sync Pixifi Events over to Google and stored in a separate Brand-Specific Calendar
Pixifi employess won't access your Google calendar data ever unless a bug is reported and a specific fix requires your account to replicate the issue.
Pixifi won't store, save, log, browse, or connect to your Google Calendar in any other way other than when you are listing your Events in the web or mobile app
For Google Drive
You will be able to view all of your files from Drive and then link the download URLs to Pixifi Leads, Clients, Events, and Projects
Your Clients will then be able to view/download ONLY the files that you mark as public in their client portals
Pixifi employess won't access your Google Drive data ever unless a bug is reported and a specific fix requires your account to replicate the issue.
Pixifi won't store, save, log, browse, or connect to your Google Drive files or file directory in any other way other than when you are in the process of linking a file in the web or mobile app
You will be able to view all of your emails that were sent to and from a Pixifi Leads, Clients, Events, Contract, Invoice, Questionnaire or Project
You can also compose and either send or schedule to send an email to your clients from inside your Pixifi account, whether manually, or automatically using our workflow system or reminder system
Pixifi employess won't access your Gmail data ever unless a bug is reported and a specific fix requires your account to replicate the issue.
Pixifi won't store, save, log, browse, or connect to your Gmail in any other way other than when you are in ther process of viewing emails sent, or sending an email out from Pixifi.
It is up to each Pixifi account holder to adhere to anti-SPAM rules and regulations.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Pixifi may process your Personal Data because:
We need to perform a contract with you
You have given us permission to do so
The processing is in our legitimate interests and it's not overridden by your rights
For payment processing purposes

Retention of Data
Pixifi will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
We do provide paid products and/or services within the Service. We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
In addition, you or your clients may submit personal information to payment gateways while using the Pixifi Service. The personal information is sent directly from the visitor’s browser to the payment gateway, bypassing the Pixifi Service. Pixifi uses tokens/nonces, similar to cookies, that are not personally identifiable to subsequently access and use the payment information provided to the payment gateway. It is dependent on you to select a GDPR-compliant payment gateway and to enter into any necessary sub-processor agreements directly with them prior to inviting your clients to pay using that third party payment gateway.
Email Sending (when not using your own SMTP provider)
We provide the ability to send emails directly from Pixifi without the need to use personal SMTP settings.
In the event that you choose to use our email sending capabilities within Pixifi all communications are relayed through a third-party email service.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
